National Palace and Gardens of Queluz – Built in 174, illustrates the evolution of the Court’s tastes in the 18th and 19th centuries, a period that was marked by the baroque, rococo and neoclassicism.
Historical center of Sintra – Enjoy some free time to shop for traditional products of Portugal such as glazed tiles, pottery, cork bags or wine. You can also taste the famous pastry of Sintra.
National Palace of Sintra – The thousand-year-old history of the Palace began during the Muslim occupation. Situated in the town’s historic center, it’s a unique monument, distinguished by its outstanding historical, architectural and artistic value.
Lunch – 1hr free time to have lunch at a restaurant of your choice (we will recommend a few if you want).
Sintra: Pena Palace and Park – In the 19th century, King Ferdinand II turned a ruined monastery into a castle where the new European Romantic architecture was displayed in the use of Gothic, Egyptian, Moorish and Renaissance elements and in the creation of a park blending local and exotic species of trees.
